PROGRAMS
We are setting up a new system of cross-agency coordination which includes a database streamlining nonprofit services and a county case manager who helps individuals with longer term support beyond one-time help from a singular organization.
COUNTY-COORDINATED CARE
Using a software called CarePortal and deploying our network across the county, we work with our school districts, CPS, DFPS, and other service agencies to meet the tangible needs of families through our partners.
CHILDREN & FAMILIES SUPPORT
Utilizing county-wide marketing campaigns, navigational tools/resources, frequent mental health seminars, and the aforementioned coordinated care system, we strive to destigmatize this topic and get people the help they need.
MENTAL HEALTH
Throughout the year, we provide multiple events and gatherings that help people learn and grow into effective collaborative leaders, including, but not limited to: community simulations like COPE and biannual meetings called County Convene.
