PROGRAMS
We have a goal of expanding the influence of our local food pantries by partnering with them and local churches/organizations to install a mini pantries at all of the 67 schools in our county.
Using a software called CarePortal and deploying our network across the county, we work with our school districts, CPS, DFPS, and other service agencies to meet the tangible needs of families through our partners.
Utilizing county-wide marketing campaigns, navigational tools/resources, frequent mental health seminars, and our upcoming coordinated care system, we strive to destigmatize this topic and get people the help they need.
MENTAL HEALTH
Throughout the year, we provide multiple events and gatherings that help people learn and grow into effective collaborative leaders, including, but not limited to: community simulations like COPE and biannual meetings called County Convene.
